Aniruth Vishnupriyan
Aerospace Engineering Student, Eagle Scout, Model Builder, and Musician
Howdy! My name is Ani and I am an undergraduate Aerospace Engineering student with minors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Texas A&M University. I have a passion for engineering, chemistry, avionics, and fluid dynamics; my dream is working with these concentrations to help develop sustainable and more effective propulsive and avionics systems to better engineer the technology of the future.
I have been fascinated with these subjects since I was very young, and continued to learn more about them all throughout my grade school career. I worked on building and testing my own rocket motors with a small team and researching various rocket engines and their strengths and weaknesses to gain a better understanding of the current field of propulsion.
Along with my interests in these STEM fields, I have a unique skill set cultivated from experience in a professional writing and organizational environment. I help develop standard operating procedures and analyze dense, philosophical papers with the University's philosophy and ethics journal, Aletheia.
Innovation is the beating heart of my view on life. The current aerospace landscape has many challenges to solve, particularly in the propulsion and avionics sectors as it pertains to space travel. Therefore, my ultimate goal is to be working on the frontlines with cutting-edge technology to help design and build a better world, one that takes our future to the stars.
Originally from San Mateo, California, I moved to Frisco in 2012, worked in Little Elm, Texas, and am now based in College Station, Texas.
